Welcome to Oregon District 4 Challenger Little League!

We are the Challenger League for District 4 in Oregon. We are a District Wide League, meaning that if you live anywhere within District 4 in Oregon you can play Challenger Little League. District 4 includes the areas west of the Willamette River in West Portland to the Pacific Ocean in Tillamook County, and from North Washington County into portions of Yamhill and Marion Counties. It includes the following school districts:

Banks, Beaverton, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Neah-Kah-Nie, Nestucca Valley, Newberg, Portland (West side only), Sherwood, Tigard-Tualatin, Tillamook, and Wilsonville-West Linn.

What is Challenger Little League?

Challenger League is Little League's adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and developmental challenges.

Who can participate in the Challenger Little League Program?

Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate.  If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball or Softball program with reasonable accommodations, they should do so.  The Little League Challenger Division is for players ages 4 - 22 (if still in school).  The Senior League Challenger Division is for players ages 15 and above (no maximum age).

Does Oregon District 4 Challenger have a Senior League?

Yes we do.  We regularly field 4 Little League Challenger teams and 4 Senior League Challenger teams and are eager to grow both divisions.

We are still working with the various leagues to finalize our schedules but would like to thank the following leagues that have already signed up to provide us with fields and buddies:

Wilsonville Little League - Hosting our first game on May 4th at Memorial Park.  Wilsonville Little League have always been great supporters for Challenger

Tigard Little League - Hosting our second game in Tigard.  Last year was the first time in awhile that they hosted us and signed up quickly to get us back.

Murrayhill Little League - The longest supporters of Challenger, they have been hosts for us for at least a decade.

Tillamook Little League - They hosted us for the first time last year and everyone that made the trek to Tillamook had a great time.  They even did a cook out for us which was a first from our hosts.  Excited to see them again in June.

South Beaverton Little League - Always a great time and one of the few leagues that our buddies are the girls softball teams.
